I am not sure that can be treating as spying
Because even Gmail / Hotmail etc go through e-mail to check for virus and to check for words / statements to detect spam e-mail.
This is "scan and forget" form of reading / scanning e-mail.
Same way search for specific "digital signature" is also "scan and forget" thing.
Unless you are the target person / email which is being searched for. (in that case Yahoo wud have delivered all your data to US govt)
I dont know if this is right OR wrong because I dont know if it was to search for a particular terrorist OR their keys.
If yes then I am ok with it
If no then its completely wrong.
