@DevilConqueror: I understand every word you said out there. I had iqara(now you tele) connection for 4 months in 2004. That was the worst broadband experience of my life.
I still have their modem lying around somewhere at my place. I had even paid 3000/- deposit for that. even after 4 years, their 'customer execs' call me up to offer their services. i was like ...take a hike...how dare you call me after 4 years and expect me to renew my account with you.:wall:
A recent Incident...I was back home in my native place (25-03-08) when i got a call from you tele informing me that i had to pay 1200/- before the end of this month.I was like 'What the heck?' .I had to pay originally 558 or 568 until march 15th(feb 16th to mar 15th).I called them up b4 starting to my native on 14th eve n asked them to freeze my connection till i am back in town .I called them again on 15th to confirm whether they ve done that. But found that they ve nt done that yet...:madness:.I was asked by the customer care executive to go to the you tele site and freeze it from there.I hung up and opened the site.I couldnt find anything of the sort there. So i called up again. This time i asked him to direct me the same time asked him to look 4 the link too...to his amazement he found the link doest exist now.:hysterical:he told that he will freeze it for me and gave me the complaint id which i ve saved in my cell phone.(It will come to use sm time ...i knew)Still i got the call on 25th askin me to pay the months bill which i didnt use the internet connection...
