YOU Tele Worst Internet Providers

Hi All My advice to every internet user is Please don't go with sifybroadband if you don't want to make your life miserable. I suffered a lot . 1) If it rains in the locality they switch off their power supply and the Switches ,hubs which regenrates and aplifies the Signals2) Every locality's Internet service is maintained by local provider and at the time of need he will simply switches off his mobile.3) pathetic Service ,Unprofessional .4) If you have 2 computers at home , then You have to pay for 2 connections of else you should have some informal/personal relationship with the local provider.5) Cables will be broken and will be repaired with in few days . I suggest users to go with Airtel and with some other ADSL technology I have suffered more but cannot express with in this forrom.

youtele works on cable modem....
modem has 2 factors...
IP
MAC
also username & password.....
IP & mac of cable modem can be changed by special cable and soft, but req. some hardware knowledge.....
however, utel also have good security system....so be aware of it....

but, youtele dont give proper plan speed....their plans are costly than others....also dont have any attractive plans...just making fool corporate and home users.....suppose u take 196 kbps plan , then u never get above 180 kbps..... they sucks.....Dont buy any plans of youtele, otherwise u have to bear a lot.....they cant satisfy indian customers as they only want money without giving good service & plans.....
Dont forget that Youtele is a Private small company, so it cant compete with bsnl, mtnl, tata, airtel etc......

I received a call today from You telecom offering unlimited 96kbps at 565 per month, unliminted 192 kbps at 790 per month.Also, there is no installation charges.But going by the reviews here, I would stay away from them....Will 96 kbps speed be adequate for home users??? Please let me know.

One good news for the customers. at last the You Tele is closing down the operations from Maharashtra. I am trying to contact them for the disconnection request i put in August 2006 but they are still in process. today it is October 2007.:wall: and they are still processing the same. none of their regional telephone numbers are working

I guess they are shutting down their operations from Maharashtra region. I tried to mail them on their customer care addresses

i got 5 bounce back for Vashi, Mumbai, Hydrabad, Ahmedabad and Pune.

yes man .... YOU TELECOME IS D WORST ISP ON THIS PLANET !!!!they have really very costly plans compare to other ISP ... also their net speed really sucks man... the plan which i'm using is 256 kbps... in that the surfing speed is 256 kbps ... but the actual downloading speed it only 25 kbps they provide. so you just imagine !!!!also their service is worst than others.... their technichal persons just ignore the calls when needed.... i have personally experienced it ....so i suggest u people ... dont go for YOU TELECOM ....it is WORST ... :wall:hey man .... the plans which u r talking abt r very expensive compare 2 other ISP...in 96 kbps plan the surfing speed is 96 kbps .... but the actual downloading speed is only 12 kbps ... and in 196 kbps the actual downloading speed is 22 kbps.... so very less downloading speed u'll get ... i prefer u opt for MTNL triband

well man....i think you are confused with kbps and kBps .!!just check units of speed when you download something..fyi 256kbps=32kBps , so if your download speed is abt 25kBps on 256kbps plan , its still reasonable.

If you get 28KBs or even 30KB/s then it can still be considered reasonable, but 25KB/s is definitely not.

rite ... 2 KBps matters man...u r rite karani'm using YOU TEL. so i knw ... how worst they are. .....they dont have unlimited plan with more than 256 kbps plan ... watz d use man ...2day we need more than tat .....
