Zee Dish TV DTH providing wrong & misleading information on website

Guys plz see dis. Dish TV is giving false and wrong info in their website. In the website they have mentioned as UTV MOVIES and UTV Action are included in Silver Pack which is actually not the case.

These 2 channels arent even in the highest base pack Platinum pack for Rs 325/. They are available only as Add ons for Rs 28.

Now when a new customer opts by seeing this, he is ultimately cheated.

This is not the 1st time. The website shows wrong info most of the times.

Just now I chcked platinum pack and in the movies section they are showing as UTV WORLD MOVIES with Bloomberg UTV logo which is not at all der in Dish tv.

Just checkd they have update the silver pack page. Luks like they saw this thread :tongue:

Just Checked Dishtv Website that their is no change in their packages, Might be due to some upgradation or due to some maintainance work in website we will be able to see this.........Now its been corrected.And All the packages were fine with no change
 
Yes anytime they work on a website there are changes and alteration even I have come across similar wrong channels in wrong packages previously.
 
dude i am running a rather flopped out campaign against airtel! i am pro-consumer. i favor the company that provide good services and excellent customer support :(
