Even i am facing the same problem. Most of the times it takes around 5-10 minutes for the green ligh to appear. People who have changed the fuse themselves can share with others how to do it.
Generally blinking light indicates a slow charge of a capacitor. I opened up my set top box (I am from electronics background :cool2 but saw that there are too many capacitors in there...and I do not have that much of patience to test each one of them to find out which has gone dead ::grin:...but if any of you know which one...(mostly since it is happening in so many of set top boxes...it might be a common one)...let me know...
