Rumored Reliance Jio Fiber Broadband Plans

hello @rameshbritto the rollout is going on in all the 1100 cities as promised by Jio, each circle is already divided into 3 parts with high moderate and low priority, but the locality with most number of customers registering on 15th of august will make it easier for CSS and FTTH team to re-modify their priority order,

Wow. That's fantastic to know. Launching in all 1100 cities is a huge effort.

lol. their fiber is supposed to be all underground right? nonsense.

Delay is to dig underground to lay fiber where it isn't available yet.

Even if they start with the underground wiring today, they'll need a whole year to complete just half of their target cities. They would eventually end up in doing colabs with LCO's and i just wonder on the state of service.

Thats great to hear. But,lets say in my locality there are many registerations. So,do I need to wait for few months to get the connection. Also, will they still give free or launch plans?

to the best of my knowledge i guess not all fiber is gonna be underground, for CSA (household service) the fiber will be given through aerial-pole to pole and for enterprise it will be underground.

not for few months i guess, even not more information's are shared yet, i thing we all have to wait for few days more. For the first three months the plan is free all you have to deposit is 4.5k for CPE device.

This i believe is a further testimony that LCO tie-up is eminent? Use the overhead cables of the LCO to expand the network quickly.
