Do you need to have active tariff plan for activating VoWiFi? Just tried with a Jio sim with no active plan on roaming on my OnePlus 6T with logkit method and it is not showing up.
@Joy don't worry for me even airtel isn't working...
My both Sims are like "pehlu thu start kar" attitude... (whenever we go into HOD's chamber)
And neither one of them is starting apparently..
I just hope one of them gets the courage and stand up and give me VoWifi...
@Ameen Lol, But you are not on roaming on Airtel, so it should be working, maybe because you are still on Android 9.
For me
On Airtel, it is not working because of roaming.
On Jio, because they don't support OnePlus.
Only option I have is to buy a local Airtel sim right now.
@Joyi was about to perform the update.. But someone over here told me.. Its not the fault of android as I have enabled it through logkit.. It should work on android 9 too. Yeh someone over here using op5 with android 9 got the VoWiFi.
It is connected to Jio WiFi when there is even a slightest Jio (Normal) is there. As soon as that normal is not available. It says No Service and doesn't connect to Jio WiFi.
Basically to even connect to Jio WiFi I need to be in Jio (Normal)'s range (very slightly).
It is happening on iPhone 7. Checked on two different sims with two different iPhone 7 (Different Batches).
It is not happening with Airtel on iPhone 8.
All the Devices are Up to Date in iOS and Apps.
Even if you re-start, it doesn't connect to Jio WiFi unless I go back near to road or window where there is slight Jio (normal) available.
