Poor Netflix performance on BSNL Bharat Fiber Broadband

Speed steady here, But some websites loading bit slow. I feel lucky about getting this speed on this lockdown period :). Almost customers using broadband under my LCO is Keralavision. Only three customers opted BSNL. Almost homes earlier used BSNL adsl broadband . So they are not happy about BSNL service.
777 plan?

@pothi I think I might be prosecuted under Pothi Penal code or IBF penal code.

@philip Backhaul capacity of exchanges depend on the load.
I have seen exchanges having 155 Mbits for ADSL,3G combined to main exchanges connected to 100G rings.

Routing to akamai sites is messed up .Traceroutes goes through singapore hongkong rather than directly...

It's due to traffic.
Usually Akamai content are served from caches inside BSNL's network.
Due to overwhelming traffic, it's going outside the network and ofc due to BSNL's rotten routes it's going to hkg before Singapore.
Is the traffic going through Vsnl/tata ?? I've always seen poor routes on tata transit especially on bsnl.

Yeah its going through .vsnl atleast can they update their routing tables for better routes .I mean its done from their NIB isnt it?

@philip Yes, But NIB techs don't modify routes unless there's big issue.
BSNL can avoid issues if they announce thier routes at NIXI properly.
Also they have to peer in internet exchanges, for now they have a 20G link to Mumbai IX.

So something happened now , my pings to akamai sites including Amazon prime video and all is in within 20 and 21 ms which is way better than earlier. I dont know what they did ,since traceroutes shows request timed out from the 10 th hop till 30 th hop.but still I dont face much lag while loading prime videos it's a good sign they are doing something right .my Facebook and Instagram pings are all within 30ms.But I am still pissed at their speed capping, still I am getting 25 mbps and down after shooting from 70 mbps in speedtest
