Reliance Jio Fiber Down: No internet. Router is blinking red light.

There is no internet for the past two hours. Router is blinking red fast. Jio Fiber helpline automated voice says unable to take calls right now
My jio app says same thing.
Cannot even register a complaint.
Hope it gets resolved quickly.....
