can not register voip

i am trying to register my voip but i am not able to register it please help

i have done this config
but still it is showing this

and in modem phone light is not glowing

are you sure that the VLAN for voice profile is 159 ? Ideally it should be 1830 ( static ) or 1831 ( DHCP).

Also the subnetmask. For me it is 255.255.252.0

i corrected it and it was registered
