Existing subscribers of Reliance Jio Fiber: Have you been upgraded to new truly unlimited plans?

Called local jio technical team head . He told me that by 12th September everything will be in order . Even they were facing issues from last 2 days and they could not activate any new connection.
This is false hopes. In my area they are activating trial offers daily. Even my tenant got theirs done today itself. So he just lied to get you off his back.
 
That FAQ DOES promise "Unlimited data @ X speed" upgrade for existing customers but I don't expect much from them considering how they botched the double data vouchers. I'm just happy they gave the extra data, now I'm just gonna wait for my current plan validity to finish.
 
There are literally people here defending the decision of Jio for not providing symmetrical speeds. If we were promised the upgrade we should get it and if we don't we'll ask questions. Jio itself decided to give benefits to existing customers and now they're backing off without a proper reasoning.

All we need is either tell us that we're not going to upgrade or just upgrade it already. From their CC and Staff nobody knows what the company is upto. Please defend the company if you're related to them else don't support them on their wrongdoings.
