ust talked with their technical support team, at least now they have acknowledged the issue and clarified that by tomorrow end symmetrical speeds will be activated and Netflix will be made available after 15th

Ok Guys, my state nodal officer has asked me to wait for today, he said that the team is doing some changes which should be completed by today, this is in response to the complaint filed on pgportal.

Now it remains to be seen how far this is true or not, if it is true is it older for me because I filed a complaint or it is for all the users

Personally I will take his claim with a grain of salt.

So the guy from nodal office was telling the truth after all , I am now getting symmetrical speeds @socrates @alekhkhanna @kanansrin
