Yup! I restarted my ONT & it worked this time. I am getting close to 300 mbps speeds both download & upload now

@Mayank Kumar I restarted my ONT and then it became symmetrical. If that helps at all. Could have been coincidental but its worth a try.

My plan is still Gold but speed has been upgraded to the new Diamond.
