The last point mentions that there won't be any voice services available, does that mean they won't be providing unlimited landline services?

On installation I was told that landline services would be available by October once BSNL approves the request and now they have backtracked, they have even removed unlimited local/STD calls from their website for cities like Shimla, Rohtak etc

Yeah, seems like LCO cities will be offered only 3TB and no voice services for now. However, the company has teased "additional services" in these cities. Check the screenshot. So, could be voice services but could also be mesh router services. Not sure atm

Seems like Airtel has updated its T&C again, LCO cities to be offered OTT applications. Crucially, the Xstream Fiber user in LCO cities doesn't have to sign up for Xstream Fiber box to receive the OTT applications. Huge win, I guess. However, the plans in LCO cities have not been updated yet

Hey you all..

Anybody facing performance degradation after switching to 499 plan?

VDSL 40 Mbps, Jaipur. Switched to 499 plan yesterday, Uploads are breaking and downloads are not even a quarter of the speed..

Download maxing at 6 Mbps, where as prior to change of plan it was consistently hovering at 50 Mbps and uploads not even 0.2 Mbps.

Never had any issues in over 4 years of usage.

Some klnd of Cattle Class Bandwidth Pool created in the name of lower pricing slab?

@Free
Yes but not that much
I am officially on a 24mbps plan but was getting around 37mbps for the last 2 weeks.
Immediately after the plan change i got back to 24mbps down sometimes around 30.

I downloaded jiotv+ apk and installed it in my mi 4k box.. Live tv is dere, channels which open in Sony liv and Hotstar are working, republic tv and few other are working in jiotv+ app, few channels keep buffering. To download apk of jiotv+ just google it
