Problems with Reliance Broadband Thunder Plans

Had fight with local lco today. Stupid illetrate person wants me to downgrade the plan. That's the solution as per him if you are not getting speed. 128 users on single dlc as per him. What the heck !!Called nodal officer and told him to upgrade the bandwidth on dlc.

I am facing issues with browsing on Reliance broadband in Gurgaon. Since morning today, I am not able to access yahoo mail or any of the yahoo website. Whereas, other sites such as gmail, google are accessible.
Anyone also experiencing such issue.

Again my ip changed to some weird 169.251.81.x ip ..whenever I ask the customer care about the problem, they have no reply for it.=(

yes....including ipconfig/flushdnsrelease and renewnothing seems to work.

I had same problems, issue is with reliance servers, i faced these issues for last 7 8 months before disconnecting the service.

I guess I am gonna do the same. I am calling cc everyday to get the internet back.

Field Engineer came today and showerd him the ping. unfortunately ping was sala good. not to optimal but it was 200-400 ms to Gateway. he agreed that it should be 30-40 on ADSL and 5-10 ms on Metro. He called someone at NOC and told him to monitor MY DLC for next 24 hours. and also asked how many E1s are active on that DLC ? NOC guy replied 2 E1s active and 2 E1s are in idle state.
he said congestion is due to improper Bandwidth. and we need to activate 1 more E1 to get you stable ping and speed. I said go ahead and do it wht you waiting for ?
he said i have to get SO (service order) from NOC and then they can enable it remotely via Management tools.
So now i have to wait for 3-4 days to get to see the result.
Lets hop for the best this time.

Can anybody please give me a review on their connection in Nagpur.
I am planning on taking the Thunder 899 connection.
