BSNL Broadband's new revolutionary (lol) broadband plans with minimum 2mbps speeds (lol)

I'm on BBG Combo UL 675 and my Downstream rate was just 1023 Kbps, which is OK for getting 512 Kbps but obviously not enough for next month's 2 Mbps speed boost (1 GB FUP:rolleyes:). I called the BSNL technician and got him to correct the line. Its 1999 Kbps now, still not enough but close.

BBG UL 545 & BBG Combo UL 675 plans currently offer 512 Kbps flat. Anyone using these plans need to check their Downstream Line Rate to see if it is above 2000 Kbps (250 KBps). Get it corrected, we can't expect BSNL to do it on their own!

Most people have line rate around 1999kbps (including me,lol) , if bsnl forget to correct this on their own. We'll end up getting 1.6mbps at best !

I really don't give a flying fuck, That 1GB fup will last a bit longer for me.

512kbps flat users, Welcome to FUP club!

What club.. We have this type of plan uld 795 with fup of 2 mbps till 8gb..

I'm not sure what exactly BSNL wants to achieve by faking like this because ultimately we all are going to know the truth right?

no news channel is going to broadcast on october 1 that bsnl is not offering 2mbps ul on all their plans as there is a fup of 1gb on the plan. or anything like that :D

I was talking about UL(unlimited) plans, After this 2mbps BS , there will be no UL plans , right ?. Now 675 UL will be renamed to 675 ULD which ofcourse comes with free & annoying smartbytes redirects.

BSNL better offer 2mbps UL at affordable price or get ready to lose more customers in near future.

Forgot to mention.

BSNL has also increased its eMail facility by increasing storage from 50 MB to 1 GB. I don't know is anyone uses BSNL mail box anymore.

And the revolution is coming on 1 oct....Oh wait.

Another false advertisement. This company is run by complete fools. The idea of giving 1 gb for email is useless.Their customer care is the worst i've ever experienced.

Somebody needs to tell BSNL that Yahoo already provides 1 TB free email storage. I think Gmail provides 10 GB free storage. Most free email services provider already gives tons of storage compared to 1 GB by BSNL.
