how can we record the complain?

also... why are they not solving the issue? slow speed is infront of them... why they won't solve it?

i did some google searches to know basic trouble shooting... i found out trouble shooting through tracert...

here are some tracerts...

it seems like... 172.xxx.xxx.xxx ips are jio's internet ips.... and there is some issue there only... you can see yourself.

@varkey sir @socrates sir

i asked my friend who has airtel for the same tests.... its fine with him... please help.

Its just that they don't know what's wrong. Also whats the use of these so called 100Mbps plan when they don't resolve problems and provide quality connection. For me even if airtel provides 40Mbps vdsl i would definately switch. Airtel is far superior in terms of quality and service but may lag in areas to provide ftth than competition.

Most probably it's a local choke of sorts which they are not willing to admit. Check their website for options to escalate this matter. Reminds me of my 2Mbps MTNL 'broadband' usually but the day there was a heavy fluctuation on the stock markets, my speeds went to 'dial up' standard.

@Nitin planning to do that only... just wish to know few things from tech masterminds here... what is actually wrong?

Airtel installation won't happen now... as they don't have sales boys here... i did call them yesterday. they are saying it will take some time to install connection... so meanwhile will have to stick with jio only..

but still if any tech expert could provide reasoning?

i did some tracert yesterday also... what i found is that.. after 1-2 am all the pings on tracerts are normal... but ping gets bad from like 11 am to whole night... to 1-2 am..

so basically.... it feels like congestion

that 172.xxx.xxx.xxx sounds like chocked... but that is the last hop of jio..... how it can be local?

but that same ip hop ping will be okay... in the mid night like after 1-2 am.
