256 kbps instead of 2Mbps on 749 nu

After waiting for 3 months ,yes 3 months i finally got the net connected on 1 st of February(Registered on 31 octber) only to find that the speed is just 256 Kbps....

i called the helpline center(10 -15 times) but no cure even after 5 days..

i have even sent the mail to [email protected] twice yet no change in speed....(on 5th and 6th of February).....

in the dsl page i get 256kbps/256Kbps....

keshav you can check the thread link below .... someone had the same problem in mumbai.... you can replicate it.....search around here there are loads of people who have had this problem....

Just added another complaint on mtnldelhi.in....
Mailed [email protected] and GM...
Asswell called the GM....
and he said what the 1504 guys said:"check karke phone karvata huin"
