yeh last night none of my sessions was charged at all . But i had only 2-3 so not sure if its perfectly fixed or not ./me waiting for next 6 minutes to pass with a big smile ( 8:55 )
@powerSad...Amount is getting reduced again. I checked as you said by logging out after 1 hour and it showed a usage of Rs.9.63. :frown:Now, what am i supposed to do? :wall:
now just relogin 2-3 times and see if amoutn is beign charged ( interval of 1 min or so ) .. if you see a previous free session then hang on to your current session and check back after one hour

I am using windows pppoe connection but i am sure this doesn matter even if u use some pppoe router . I got connection last saturday . @torrentbhai:Speed is awesome ( see my sig ) . 230 flat anytime and upload around 50-60 on torrents . I had it just for one week so cant tell more but there was no downtime except load shedding by mseb . Only one problem is night sessions are being charged but they credit account back manually after some days.
I am not sure .. i only got lot of charge for first 2 days and 90 bucks was restored to my account but after that i only had small sessions like 0.3 rupees 0.02,0.04 etc . so i didn't complaint and didn't notice if it was credited back . I think you should download as much as you want and if session charge is bigger then its easier to notice if it got credited back . When i got call back from CC they said it will be automatically credited but um not sure abt this .
Customer care center is like copy paste industry. Words are put in to your brain and mouth, other than that they do not know anything.
I am so irritated by their copy paste thei emails. so here I am writing what I think about their services:

You DO NO understand the inconvenience caused to ME and YOU DO NOT regret for the same.
YOU have already registered MY concern regarding re-activation with complaint number XXXXXXXXy. BUT YOUR team is NOT working on priority and NOT doing the needful earliest. For you do time has not meaning.
YOU can not give or Assuring me of YOUR best services any times. Because so slow you people are. I am folling up since yesterday 2 pm onwards and nothing is done till now.
