Hi, Yesterday I got shocking information....what happen I tell u full story...yesterday when I watching IND v/s Aus cricket match suddenly no signal message occur on my TV screen, then I checked the signal test in organizer its showing 176 signal strength & 0 signal quality, when I call customer care to launch complain, they said that engineer will came after 2 hours also I asked him that is there any charges to solve complain then he said that we took about 300 to 350 charges to solve one complain, but I said that my Tata Sky is in warranty period then he replies that it will see after checking of tata sky dish.. So I want to ask that TATA SKY said that we r providing One year free warranty on new purchase of Tata sky connection...!! So where is the one year warranty?????
