yes i know dude whats ur feeling. I hear more issue of customers not able to reach CC in this forum than fiber cuts(1nce there was a major issue). So what i feel is if CC is atleast reachable ppl will cool down a bit

Thanks for the reply, actually I had asked a question regarding when the act broadband services will be started in and around Girinagar, hosakerahalli and surrounding areas. But I did not get any reply, hence I made a statement like that..

please let me know when the services will be started?

You did reply saying that ACT BB will be available here from 1st June. Just wanted to confirm if ACT is available at Purva FountainSquare or not? I am interested in taking a connection.Please let me know.

I have been contacting your customer care and then at some time someone said, "Sir, we have arrived in your area and when should we come for the demo connection?". When I say I will call back and when I do they say, "No sir, we are not yet in your area".

Hi, there is a delay in connecting your apartment. said that the service should be available by July onwards
