Dear Raddy & Flankerh
thanks for your interest and we will expand gradually across Bangalore as currently we have limitations due to local cable operators. Our team is in discussion with all of them to expand the network.

Dear Actian,

Thank you for your shitty service. Nice to see you people launched 10mbps plan but i believe that for availing the plan one should have connectivity to your network. And thats where your services sux.

For eg.

From 5th Jan my net connection is not stable at all.. And despite of repeated reminders no action was taken.

Your tech support people are big loosers and they always lie.

For eg.. Tanuja told me that prob is that the fibre got cut on 14th but actually the prob was something else..
Your representatives always reply that they will get back to me but actually they NEVER did .. [Yesterday Rupa said the same.. Day before yesterday Raghvendra said the same..]

There is no SLA time for the tickets we create. You people go on and on creating tickets and not solving it.

eg: Request nos: 223147, 221467,220410..

So still my feedback is NEGATIVE

I would expect rent rebate for the period my internet is not working [3 breakdowns in past 14 days]

Suggestion to other people: Just 2 words : STAY AWAY....

Still if you want to go for ACT then make sure you have some additional broadband connection with you.. like i have [BSNL]..

Their plans are attractive, cheap but they sux when it comes to actual service. You will be actually paying 33% extra in the form of call made to their customer care as their number is not toll free and moreover your time is precious

Hi, sorry for the inconvenience caused - we understand that one of the customer place where the optical switch is placed has switched off the mains power and gone out of station. Our field team has been asked to shift the switch immediately and your problem will be resolved on high priority.

After using Airtel(Sick), BSNL(Even Sicker)), I came across ACT who are also our Cable Operators. Initially I was skeptical about their service, but my word are they good. The speed is just fantastic. I took the 5mbps connection and wallah! consistently hitting 5 Mbps. Recently they upgraded it to 10 Mbps and guess what, on the dot 10Mbps each and every Speed test done.Kudos guys, what ever other people say I am extremely happy with your service and hope you continue the good work.Susheel Kumar
