I just now spoke to the ACT customer care on 080-42840000 and one of the executive named Sudan informed me that the service isn't available in Builders' Apartment. I have called the customer care some 3-4 times and have got varying responses. @ACTian : I am staying near Banashankari 2nd Stage(Girinagar). I spoke to the customer care executive regarding the ACT broadband in this location and the answer was that they do not know how long it takes to start the service in this area. Can you please let me know the tentative timeline/date for starting the service in these areas(Girinagar, Kathriguppe, Hanumanthnagar, Hosakerahalli and surrounding areas). People are eagerly waiting to try ACT Broadband.

how much download speed will i get in link-removed for 1Mbps plan?currently i am getting 100-110kbps. Is it fine or am i getting low download speed since for 1Mbps v must get 120-130kbps..
