Please please please do not go for ACT.
My story so far is that I have paid them 4.5K advance, and 3.7k per month for the subscription (50 mbps line)
My initial connection was delayed by almost a month.
Within 10 days of getting the connection, the line was down for 14 days. I have faced intermittent disconnections since then. My connection has been down for the last 3 days. Their customer service is pathetic. When you call them, they tell you that they will get back within the next 1 hour. No one ever calls back ... EVER! All you hear from customer service is lies. My internet has been down 25% of the time I have had this connection.
