After rendering multiple apologies, things have not been normal.
@broadband.act - Still would you keep apologizing or is the name ACT only for the broadband or would you really act? My speed issue is still unresolved after almost 14 hours.

Pathetic service i have ever seen. I have ordered wireless too and gave money (half amount) to Naveen Kumar and asked him to get wifi router and rest of the amount i ll pay once u come back with router, Now he is not at all picking up my call , on top of it he is cuting my call. if by mistake he picked up, every time he ll say in another 1 hr 5 min 20 min i ll reach there. next if we are calling he is not picking.

There are atleast 10-12 ppl waiting to get a new broadband connection in that apartment & adjoining apartments. Airtel has confirmed that it can't provide new connections due to lack of ports. It's a good opportunity for you to add more customers.
 
I write again using my backup BSNL connection as my ACT is down for the 3rd time in 1.5 months that I have had this connection. As usual the call center says the time to action is 24 working hours, which means I am without internet for atleast 2 days if at all they can resolve by then. This is pathetic because they claim uninterrupted connectivity in all their advertisements and while selling it to us and then when it goes down, they find reasons to justify the down time.
In any case, I hope the ACT Team can ensure that their technical team sorts out this issue by end of day today as Internet today is a necessity and no longer a luxury and any downtime is unacceptable.
