Well you guys are doing a good job but your almost this close to being world class..... why waste this opportunity when ACT is already miles ahead of its competitors in terms of the plans provided.
I really hope the bangalore consumer gets easy access to internet connections( without the frequent disconnect) like this.
P.S. I make my frens in other countries really jealous about my internet connection.

Worst broadband......I am using the ACT broadband since last one and half year....but Ihave not faced any issues for the one year..but from the last 6 months......my internet is gone for atleast 3 days each months....if you will register a complaint no body will call you and it may take 3-4 days to resolve the issues...and the worst part they gave me wrong bill for month of january...and then I registered a complaint regarding wrong bill and they are not able to resolve the bill issues until now it has been more than 40 days and still no body resolved the issues.....

I am Dhanush from Bhuvaneshwari Nagar,Bangalore.I wanted to apply for actbroad band but my area has not cleared the feasibility for the past 1 year.The thing is that all my surrounding area has.My address is Bhuvaneshwari Nagar,CV Raman Nagar,Bangalore 560093.This address does not have feasibility whereas Nagwarpalaya(about 500m from bhuvaneshwari Nagar with the same pincode) has act broadband.It has not been updated in act website also.Many people will start applying for new connection as BSNL and airtel are the only services available.There is no fibre to home technology in this area till now. BSNL is dead slow whereas Airtel is expensive.Whenever I call act and asked when will bhuvaneshwari nagar clear the feasability,they say it will take 2 months....but its already a year.When I send a mail for a new connection,the reply is "we regret to inform you that currently our services are not available in your area. We are putting our best efforts to make our services available in your area. We will intimate you once we are ready to serve you.".....I guess it wont take a year if u guys are putting the best efforts to make ur services available in my area if act broadband is present just 500 m from my house......
Hope you take this into consideration.
I am looking forward for a new connection.(obviously ACT)

Speed: Awesome for the price provided. Connection drops few and far between(experienced only 2)
Customer Service: Sucks!!!!!! i have ticket open for the past 5 days for no net connectivity and as people said here there is no action taken at all. So i have gone ahead and raised a request for disconnection as there is no reliabilty of the service.
If u want awesome speed with no reliability on service downtime then you can go for this.
