ACT Broadband in Bangalore is unfair

Hi all
Act broadband has its head quarters in Bangalore and see how they behave to hyderabad and Bangalore...They give 10 mbps in Hyderabad 10mbps upto 30Gb and 2mbps in Hyderabad and in Bangalore FUP 20GB speed post is 256kbps are they putting bones to us and flesh to HYDERABAD .We are cheated in Bangalore see the below screenshots really pathtetic partialty,CUSTOMERS BEWARE of ACT

Fair Usage Policy (FUP) While the packages have been designed to give unlimited broadband experience to the subscribers, few customers may use excessive amount of the data transfer, causing traffic congestion on the network. In order not to impair the experience of other users, a Fair Usage Policy is applied. This helps to give the desired Internet usage experience to all users, especially since broadband is a shared bandwidth experience and the over-usage of a group of customers must not affect the rest of the users.Table below describes Fair Usage Policy by package with effect from 01- April -2012

From what I see it looks like your are complaining about the post-FUP speeds of Bangalore plans vs Hydrabad plans. I agree with you on this matter but only for the newer plans. I am on the old Rs.1350 plan so I get 10MBps till 75GB and 2MBps therafter. Even with this issue I still believe ACT's plans destroy all compition in Bangalore so I'm happy with them.
However, if you want to get them to match the Hydrabad plans then I'll support you however I can.

Yes seems unfair. I am on the old plan with 2 MBPS unlimited post FUP. I wouldnt mind to upgrade had ACT offered us 4MBPS unlimited post FUP.

I dont know who is Ganesh.hari...I am different person ..i checked with ACT they are providing 10mbps +2mbps Post FUP speed in Old plans in Bangalore for old customers not for new customers so i replied to the old one posted by Ganesh..
