I got the Act broadband (20 mbps) disconnecting my existing BSNL(8mbps). While applying for ACT broad band, they promised any issue will be rectified in 2 hrs or a max of 4 hrs. My ACT internet went off after 3 weeks on Nov 5th and still no connection restored (Nov 7th- 7.45 pm) even after making 20-25 calls to customer care. The customer service and response (including from manager chetan) is very worst and have seen no where with BSNL or airtel. I had applied for BSNL again and they had promised to deliver it on Nov 8th Morning. Let see how ACT resolves it and based on it, i will take further decision to keep which one.
