25/4/25 Internet was down, one useless technician by the name Sukumar came instead of install the wifi problem in my laptop he reset my Laptop without my permission and deleted all my files. I complain to ACT and no action was taken till 1 week. And the technican insist and argued with my security guard in coming my house without my permission late night this is a harresment I will be making a police report regarding this issue.The HR and Branch manager came of no use but still my internet is not working. I paid for 6 month but the service is horrible, this is a way they collect money before hand and give problem so that you will leave and your money is gone forever. And I was unable to study my online classes and unable to submit my project due to that fool Sukumar deleting all my work and I fail in 1 test. Please don't use this ACT service end up you will be paying your money for problem and no money will be refund for your full payment such a unprofessional tactics and their useless technician Sukumar will be harresing you.Never do the job but calling and asking for OPT for unsettled job. Please do your research before using ACT. DONT PAY FOR STRESS AND FAIL YOUR EXAM AND LOSE YOUR JOB UNNECESSARILY BECAUSE OF THIS USELESS SERVICE PROVIDER. SUCH A CHEAP WAY TO CHEAT PEOPLE'S MONEY. I WILL MAKE A POLICE REPORT AND MAKE SURE TO GET BACK MY MONEY. Now I am happy and stress free using Airtel service.
