ACT local IP vs External IP

When i login into ACT i am provided IP starting with 10.XXX.XXX.XXX and when i check my ip in Whats My IP Address you ask? Check My IP is your #1 IP Source it shows external IP starting from 124.XXX.XXX.XXX.

I am not able to configure application like vuze for incoming ports, it is giving me NAT error.

Please help!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

You need to call airtel and ask them to provide you a private static IP.

you are behind double NAT, it look like only BSNL provides true public dynamic IP.
You have to get static IP in order to do port forward. I read some where that ISP has to pay some money for each public IP may that is the reason they are going double NAT way to save some cost.
