ADSL gets disconnected frequently (UT-300R2U)

My ADSL connection gets disconnected frequently - the Link LED flashes, becomes stable, then switches off, then flashes again...

After it finally got connected I captured the following DSL status:



Do any of you guys see a problem in the above stats? Could there be a problem with the modem OR is the exchange at fault for dropping connections?

SNR margin is low..anyways get ur line checked...

/members/delhiguy2k/snr/Attn data acceptable. Change modulation to G DMT or auto and give feedback.
