ADSL light on but internet light stays off on router

I am not getting the internet connection but the phone line is OK because my phone rings and router is also ok. But the internet light stays off on router.Here is the pic of system log of my router.

What's the problem then?Should I contact my ISP?

Phone and Internet are two different services in the same line. They are independent.

Hi! Your user ID and password are wrong. Either typed in wrongly into the router or something else. The router log clearly says " Login to remote failed.Please check user/pswd". Your connection is working(based on other screenshots), it seems but the user ID and password are wrong. Please check if you typed in with the capslock on or similar or you can get it reset from BSNL and change it later.
