Updated to 4g sim and its showing signal finally, that means 1800fdd is also working but currently very low signal.

Its an imported unit never launched in India, Huawei ascend p2 so no 2300mhz tdd band in that one.

Nope, 3G. Even 2G is pretty good in Gurgaon speed wise. However, they won't let roamers connect to Aircel in NCR circle. Typical rcom.
