the plan was changed on 28th. so it does not matter what that usage is for right? i was already way ahead of my allotted usage under the 1999 cap.
of course i am sort of in a loss because they changed my plan during the billing cycle.
but i also am thankful that no FUP was applied after i hit the 1999 cap
checked the bill again. the usage charges are ill 28th.
for a change, the bill seems to be accurate.
