Ive been able to get them to set my ONT router to bridge mode. First single port, then all of them
But am unable to get the credentials required for pppoe to work
So far ive tried landline_wifi@airtelbroadband.in and custNumber pwd, but they dont work

Airtel is of no help, and refuses to even set it back to single port so that i may live with double nat while i try and resolve the credential issue.

Any ideas?

PPPoE Username is NOT landline_wifi@airtelbroadband.in.
Rather it is DSL_Number@airtelbroadband.in .
DSL Number is mentioned in the Account Info section in the Airtel Thanks app.

PPPoE Password is the Account Number mentioned in the nAccount Info section in the Airtel Thanks app.

Also make sure there is no VLAN tagging on the WAN port of your own router.
VLAN tagging happens in the ONT, not in your router.
