Airtel Broadband Double Speed for Rs. 100 Offer

Any info about other plans? Like 512kbps -> 1mbps?

So far airtel has upgraded only 256 kbps to 512 in delhi, this was done because of the new mtnl 512 k @ Rs 599 plan which was advertised in yesterdays Times Of India.

i checked their website and found they have completely removed 256speed and changed them to 512 . Now i have started dreaming that someday 1mbps speed will be minimum

What about idiots like me paying 1699 (1854 with taxes) for a 1mbps connection while others are getting 512 for 650 ??? Shouldn't our speed also be doubled?

Mtnl has doubled speed of all unlimited plans but advertised only the 512 k plan, when it advertises other plans then airtel will also reduce the price of other plans.

Most of us were thinking, private players would reduce the price, but here its MTNL that reduces the price and Airtel strictly follows whatever other companies do.
