True what everyone says here.. But honestly if I get a 4mbps UL plan with 50gb FUP and after FUP 2mbps or even 1mbps, I would readily get it and be happy. 
Yeah that's true. Let's just focus on getting a true 4MBPS UL plan from all the players this year. That's an achievable goal.
Only MTNL is providing it right now. And that plan has been there for about year or more. No ISP has launched such plan. And no one is going to.

but its not happning speed is getting reduced to 256Kbps thats ridiculous.
I can't think any reason which forced Airtel to take such decisions regarding FUP that they reduced the limits by more than 60% in most of the plans. If they are crumbling then they can remove the additional things like

from their tariff plans. These things are not of much use

just talked to the retention department and asked for disconnection bcz they reduced my FUP from 100GB to 15GB. He wanted me to take new plan i.e. swift 1099-1mps till 15GB thereafter 256kbps. I'm currently on swift 1099+100[double offer]. He kept emphasizing on that extra Rs100 that i would have to pay for the same speed nd asked me to change but i decided to continue with my same plan as i'm heavy downloader. I also asked him about speed upgrade that airtel had announced and well he said that the speed upgrade is in the form of new plans that they have released like swift plan was 512 but now its 1mbps.
