Airtel Broadband Fair Usage Policy

I suggest that the customers on double speed offer should get your FUP clarified once again. I've been using airtel for more than a year but they had reduced FUP without informing me. The funny thing is that when i called up CC, the first thing i asked was what my FUP was, he checked and said 100GB, so then i asked him why does that FUP page appear again nd again. He checked again and said that the new FUP is in effect from this month and so it has been reduced. My next question was that why they changed it without informing me, he didn't have an answer and forwarded me to retention dept.Old customers need to be more alarmed than the new ones, Airtel might Just mess up everyone's plans.
 
Yes;my friend with 384kbps id downloading more 30G in a month ( and still no speed reducing after two months );( he took the account 2 months ago ).but for me that i have more than 8 months; they have FUP of 15G with the speed of 512kbps.I hate them, but unfortunately;
 
:ashamed: i downladed 100gb exact last month. I am downloading hd movies these days, so i will know in week if they capped me to.
 
We don't have such a stupid thing ( FUP ) in our country;Why india has this ?!?!?!no one can do anything ?!i used to download 24-7 all the month in my country, I never turned my computer off ( we didn't have any electricity shortage ) but here !!!! DAMN
