I suggest that the customers on double speed offer should get your FUP clarified once again. I've been using airtel for more than a year but they had reduced FUP without informing me. The funny thing is that when i called up CC, the first thing i asked was what my FUP was, he checked and said 100GB, so then i asked him why does that FUP page appear again nd again. He checked again and said that the new FUP is in effect from this month and so it has been reduced. My next question was that why they changed it without informing me, he didn't have an answer and forwarded me to retention dept.Old customers need to be more alarmed than the new ones, Airtel might Just mess up everyone's plans.
