Thats the reason, when the CSR talks shit ask them their full name and their employee ID and put it along with the complaint when they give wrong information. You cant really go easy on them saying they dont know, its their frickin job to know! Every CSR is constantly given newer information during weekly team meetings and they have to remember it. Its just that most of the poeple working are college dropouts whose brain size is the size of a pea :frown:
