After logging in, on the left side, there is the Account Information link. Click on that. In the ensuing page, click the link on the line which says DSL. On the next page, select Unbilled usage. There you need to give your current billing cycle, it will show the details.

I wanted to get a new Airtel BB Connection and before getting it wanted to ensure what exactly Fair Usage Policy meant in Airtel's nomenclature.

@ present I am using Tata Indicom BB which has capped 45 GB (DL + Unlimited) for 256 Kbps Unlimited Connection with its TCISL Fair Usage Policy.

When I called the Airtel Customer Care, they confirmed that the cap for customers with 512Kbps/1Mbps/2Mbps UL Scheme is 100 GB irrespective of the plan and the speed would be halved to 256 Kbps/512 Kbps/1Mbps respectively once the cap of 100 GB is reached till the billing cycle for the month is completed .

The cap has been removed for 64/128/256 Kbps Plans as of now.

Airtel should publish the Fair usage limits on the website (at lease the current limits applicable). If it does not it means a clear intention on Airtel part to hide facts to cheat customers.

I AM FROM TAMILANDU AND I AM IN FREEDOM 1699 1MBPS UL PLAN. SINCE TWO DAYS BACK MY DOWNLOAD SPEED DROPPED TO 64 Kbps BECAUSE OF FUP

^ Even if your FUPd, it wouldn't drop to 64 kbps, it should be atleast 256 kbps for it to be called broadband.

I AM SORRY BB SPEED SHOULD BE READ AS 64KBs. THANK U FOR CORRECTING ME
