privilege --- word showing customer benefit used by mistake for showing vendor benefit :D

he has not provided any screenshot. but i can assume that he copied the text correctly. customer care guys really have no sense in them.

One thing is totally clear now that Airtel which won over a huge no. of customers with its good customer service(as in short lead times for repairs etc.)is now taking us totally for granted vis-a-vis the broadband charges and the fair usage policy. With new comers like Reliance(Mukesh Ambani Group) and Wimax, we will see revolutionary pricing, courtesy competitive rates as it happened in Mobile sector. It is actually high time for Airtel to think over the scenario when there will be a mass transition of its bband users to other providers. I see that happening within the next 6-8 months, unless and until Airtel does something drastically right about lowering the charges and raising the FUPs.

i guess their management team has taken an informed decision. from most of their recent policy decisions, it looks like they do not want customers like us who use the web 'properly'. they are most likely to end up catering to uncles and aunties which might be a low revenue segment but highly profitable.

Yeah. He at least knows what the hell is going on at Airtel.

I've often said that the best customers are employees... the same should be true the other way around. He's probably a frustrated Airtel customer like you guys!

dude. do something. you would probably have gained 1000s of new customers right now in each city just with this shift in strategy from airtel!
