I don't think Airtel gives a rat's ass about these complaints. I'm sure they have all the babus in their pockets, if you know what I mean.

Also, think about it. How many % of Airtel broadband home users do you think use about 100GB of data per month? I say hardly 5%-10%. Most of the people use only about 5GB-20GB of data per month. This section includes all the uncles, aunties and average home users.
This may be one of the reasons why they have decided to lower their Fair Usage Policy limits. Heavy downloaders (like us) are a loss for them anyway, isn't it?
Correct me if you think I'm wrong.
Btw, last night I sent a rant mail to Airtel. Few hours later I got a call from 'Airtel Corporate Office'. The person patiently listened to everything I had so say and he said he'll see what he can do. I also told him that these 15GB and 25GB Fair Usage Policy limits are ridiculous. He asked me "Sir, how much data do you need per month?" I replied: "About 100GB. Nothing less." - He was like shocked after hearing my reply about 100GB. Now I'm waiting for him to call again.
And ya, I was also thinking about e-mailing the CEO(s) but I guess there's no point in doing so as Sunil Mittal himself has said "Opportunity for cheap broadband is lost". I feel like Airtel is sucking my blood (and money)...
