Gt a call frm the retention team that the bill would be rectified and amount be waived off in the next bill....else would go to the consumer court....Last option is that only...

ur previous bill was Rs 4615 was that correct it looks unpaid in your current bill...... ?

No the previous bill also had the discrepencies as they had charged me for downloading in the nite which is the time i had free downloading....I had raised a ticket for that but they had auto closed it.....But then when i gt the bill for the next month the previous month's amount seemed trivial as compared.So that's why didnt mention about it anywhere..
