and how are you calculating your upload speeds? torrents?
try uploading on a fast ftp server to check speeds. i am getting 50-60KBps on this forum's server.
I am seeding on private tracker torrent with many leechers, even if i had 2 Mb/s upload speed it would have been easily maxed out. You are getting good speeds because probably only users on the 384 kbps plan have this problem, others have also posted about low upload speeds on 384 kbps plan in this thread Problem: 999UL Plan reduced Upload speeds. - India Broadband Forum .

I have been getting max 9-10 KB/s upload on my 384 kbps UL plan, my download speed has also gone down from 50 KB/s to 40 KB/s , other users on this plan are also getting similar speeds.
Exactly ! Since that [FONT="]Maintenance 'activity',my D/L speed has gone down from 50-51 to 40-42 Kbps and U/L speed not more than 10.
I called CC few times and even had their engineer visit my place but as usual they don't seem to find anything wrong.Wonder what i could do now as 1:1 ratio of 384 that i was getting earlier is gone now.
