Airtel Broadband: One year of inability to solve an issue

They provided me the same plan with 2mbps speed but same price.
So your actually paying the same amount for plan with lesser speed! doesn't that make you angry?

now you say that they cannot give you the plan you want because their network in your region is not up to the standard...

It looks like people like you are working at Airtel - with a complete inability to comprehend simple facts.

I do NOT care about speed. I was happy with 1 MBPS. They gave me 2 MBPS without me asking.

Along with that they reduced my FUP to 30GB. That is my issue. They are welcome to change my Plan if it gives me 2MBPS. They can also charge me MORE to increase my FUP because my bill is paid not from my pocket. Even if they change my FUP according to the new plan, when they get multiple calls from an 8 year old customer, all they have to do is give me an existing plan (which IS feasible in my area) with increased FUP and charge me EXTRA whatever they wish to charge me - I have no payment issues.

What is so difficult about doing this? Or understanding this?

cut the crap and just tell me what the **** are u doing about this ...???? have seen all ur whining and cribbing... most of us are facing same shitty situation so dont elaborate more........come straight to the ****ing point.
 
Maybe you have to tell them in Hindi 'Bhaisahab/bhehenji mujhe speed se koi problem nahi hai chahe 1,2,4 mbps koi bhi do par meri FUP badha do, koi sa bhi plan de do sasta ya mehenga par achi FUP limit waala' :Shoot:

More comprehension problems? Multiple calls over 1 year. Multiple calls to nodal. Multiple emails to nodal. Threaten to close my account. Talk to retention officer who made glorious promises claiming I was a Platinum customer and that my problem would be solved in TWO days.

What do I get? Repeated mails claiming my plan is 1Mbps when my plan is already 2Mbps. If my plan is 1Mbps as they claim (My old plan) then my FUP is 100GB. Yet I get repeated warnings about 30GB limit which proves they have changed my account to 2Mbps with 30GB. Speedtests also prove 2Mbps.

And when I ask them to give me a 2Mbps plan with higher FUP they say why not take the 4Mbps. It is available. It IS feasible in my area. When I say yes, next day I get a mail from someone else saying it is NOT feasible. This has happened 3ice - once with the retention officer who promised me heaven

So I went to the customer care centre in Okhla yesterday armed with all printouts. And I was promised that by today evening I will be on the 2Mbps 75GB plan - Yes sir, yours is a GENUINE complaint. After 1 year of talking to people, I am waiting to see what happens.
