Just connect RJ45 from Airtel modem to a LAN port of Netgear. give feedback.
Did not read the thread properly. feeling sleepy !

RJ45 u meant that cable , yeah its connected to the netgear, still not working , let me try superprash's idea!

you said you disabled DHCP in Netgear.. and its not working.. well it wont work because airtel DHCP is off.. and netgear DHCP is off too.. so who will give the ip ?? :D .. try this.. connect a LAN cable from airtel modem to your pc directly and manually configure the ip address of your machine as 192.168.2.4 .. and gateway as 192.168.2.1 .. and then try .. also in the airtel port forward settings.. change the ip from 192.168.1.20 to 192.168.2.4 ..
you would need to do some experimenting to get this work!!!

no mate its not working , i tried to disable DHCP and gave the settings manually but it ended in a vain , i even port forwarded to my , when i enter my ip http://65.45.45.xx , if the port forward is sucessfull , it should have shown my welcome screen , but it tries to login into my router , so i guess the port is not properly forwarded , do i need to change some other settings

I even tried DHCP enabled , but that too not working!

Between i tried all by connecting the airtel modem directly without netgear!

are you trying to access http://65.x.x.x from your pc?? you need to try accessing it from outside your network.. from a different internet connection..like from your friend's place.. i think the router menu popping up is a good sign

but i too first thought the same , so i tried to access my computer from anonymouse.org , it also ended in a vain , not able to work the iis!

My port was forwarded correctly until today when uTorrent gave me the red circle. Now... what do I have to do to get back the green circle? It says a router/firewall is limited your connection. Now I have no firewall running so that can't be the problem... What is the problem then? ThanksCrazysah

i think ajayJP's advice is correct ..since i worked in Netgear myself :P i think i do understand your problem too ...Its seems a case of nat behind nat to me .Disable the DCHP in your netgear router and now your router would work as a switch . so now your network should work fine .you can forward the port in yr beetle router ( or try disabling yr firewall on yr pc ) if you want , but its not necessary ,because yr utorrent is able to connect to the internet anyway.Looking at your screen shots its more than obvious that the poor download speed is because of less number of seeds and peers and not because of a port issue .try downloading some other torrent and you'll find that the d/w speed is as advertised ...hope this was a helpful to u ...

Here is the best resolution I'm using 440tx wireless when I'm using routing mode my all port are blocked wheather i'm using utorrent or bitcommet,:wall: So I configure my modem to bridge mode automatically all ports are open in my system.:yahoo:
