Airtel fiber no internet problem

Optical power is very low. Create a ticket and ask them to fix it. (Should be greater than -26 and it's -34)

What should I do i did create a ticket complained many times they are just not fixing it they sometimes take upto 10 days to fix things i am really tired of them but can do anything because only Airtel provides services in my area
 
I did raise complain through app too and still got no response other then a call asking me to turn on and off the modem
 
Yea, that's airtel for you. Your TX optics are also messed up, which might hint ONU issue. You might need that to be changed too.
Raise a complaint ticket regarding, "LOS LIGHT BLINKING RED". Also, you might have more luck if you keep your airtel engineer who services you's number handy.
Do remove the fiber cable from the ONU when making a complaint.
 
Mail them at [email protected] using your registered email id if your mail id not registered then open airtel thanks app and go to help chatbox and put update mail id and put your mail id and click ok then in few hours it will be updated then you can mail them the issue in detail
