asked them about the 299 plan? i guess they really are trying to kill their iptv operations.
i would suggest getting rid of it. service sucked since day one. it has gone worse now that they are messing around with the timeshift channels. if i had an option, i had dump the broadband connection as well.
Of course. That's the major question I had for them - I was never keen on going for the 1099 / 1199 plans. They said it's not possible.
I'll give them the benefit of the doubt for now - lets say they didn't understand my query - to be fair, I was in a bit of a hurry when they called. I'll try emailing / tweeting them again. Lets see what they have to say. If it's still ambiguous, then I'll say screw it.
