Yeah, they have been saying that call your "IT" guy. It's good from our end. The assigned engineer has told me that he will have a conference call with some "NOC" guy.

Replacing Airtel's ONT is as easy as ABC, so do that if you have the budget.
Your PPPoE username is your DSL number and password is your account number found in the Airtel Xstream section of the Airtel Thanks app.
Update: Got a call in the morning asking if i'll be available for a conference call with NOC after 11:30. Agreed. Got a call around 3:30 asking to check again as they have reset the connection. Weirdly now it shows some bridge connection. It's working now. It was a little confusing as it was not showing any ips as computer was connected to 2nd router. The only fix i got using GPT is to use the second router in AP mode. Fixed that issue aswell.
